Overview of incoloya-286 Nickel-based Alloy
Incoloya-286 nickel-based alloy is a fe-25ni-15cr-based high-temperature alloy, strengthened by the addition of molybdenum, titanium, aluminum, vanadium and trace boron. It has high yield strength, creep strength, good processing plasticity and good welding performance at 650°C. Suitable for manufacturing high-temperature load-bearing parts of aircraft engines, such as turbine discs, pressure discs, rotor blades, fasteners, etc., it can be used to manufacture deformation products of various shapes, such as discs, forgings, plates, rods, wires, rings, etc. Incoloya-286 nickel-based alloy can improve alloy purity, limit gas content, control low melting point element content, and adjust heat treatment system to improve the thermal strength and long-term performance of the alloy.

The incoloya-286 heat treatment system stipulated in the incoloya-286 material standard; the high-quality incoloya-286 heat treatment system is 900℃±10℃, 1-2h, oil-cooled +750℃±10℃, 16h, air-cooled.

Note: According to the cold-drawn rod and cold-drawn wire standards, if the performance test fails, the aging time shall not exceed 760℃, 16 hours, and the test shall be passed before leaving the factory.
