Overview of GH3039 Nickel-based High Temperature Alloy
Gh3039 is a single-phase austenite solid solution reinforced alloy. It has medium thermal strength and good thermal fatigue properties below 800°C, and good oxidation resistance below 1000°C. Stable structure, good cold forming and good weldability. Suitable for long-term use of combustion chambers and afterburner components of aircraft engines below 850°C. The alloy can be used in sheets, bars, wires, pipes and forgings.

Gh3039 heat treatment system: hot-rolled and cold-rolled strip solid solution treatment: 1050~1090℃, air-cooled. Rod tube solution treatment: 1050-1080℃, air-cooled or water-cooled.
Gh3039 variety specifications and supply conditions: It can supply hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled plates, strips, bars, wires, pipes, and forgings of various specifications. The plates, tapes and tubes are then left factory after solid solution treatment and pickling. Wires that are not heat treated or heat treated when feeding wires.
Gh3039 smelting casting process: adopts arc furnace smelting, arc furnace or non-vacuum induction furnace with electroslag remelting or vacuum arc remelting, vacuum induction furnace with electroslag or vacuum arc remelting.
The purpose and special requirements of Gh3039: The aero engine combustion chamber and afterburner combustion chamber parts made of this alloy material have been well performed after long-term production and use tests.

The microstructure of Gh3039 alloy is as follows
(1) The solid solution state of Gh3039 alloy is single-phase austenite, containing a small amount of Ti (CN), NBC and m32c6 carbides. After long-term aging or service at 600-900°C, m32c6 carbides are precipitated. The carbides precipitated after aging of 600~700°C are fine and uniform, and are distributed at the grain boundaries and grain boundaries. When the efficiency temperature is higher than 700℃, they mainly precipitate and accumulate along the grain boundary. The phases formed in the alloy are stable and harmful.
(2) According to the national standard, the specifications of cold-rolled steel plates are grade 3038.
Gh3039 process performance and requirements
●Gh3039 forming performance
Gh3039 Forging: This alloy has good thermal processing technology, plasticity and good deformation properties. The forging heating temperature is 1170~1190℃, the final forging temperature is not lower than 900℃, and the deformation of the primary heating is 50%.
2Gh3039 Rolling: The primary rolling temperature is 1100~1140℃, the final rolling temperature is 1050~1100℃, and the final rolling temperature is not lower than 850℃. When using electroslag or vacuum self-consumption remelting rolled alloys, the final rolling temperature should be slightly lower than that of the alloy melted by the arc furnace. The deformation of the pore type of hot rolling should not be less than 13%, and the deformation of the cold rolling of the thin plate should be 30% to 55%.
●Gh3039 stamping performance: The plate has good stamping habits in the supply state. The stamping limit coefficient is shown in Table 5-1, and the general working coefficient is 80%-90% of the limit coefficient. In the supply state, the bending breaking times are 20 to 29 times, and the cup protrusion test depth is 10.7 to 12.0 mm. After the δ8.5mm hot-rolled medium-thick plate is drawn, intermediate solution treatment should be carried out immediately (not more than 12 hours) to eliminate stress.
