Overview of Gh3128 Nickel-based High Temperature Alloy
Gh3128 is a nickel-based alloy, solid solution strengthening of tungsten and molybdenum, and grain boundaries strengthening of boron, cerium and zirconium. It has high plasticity, high creep fracture strength, good oxidation resistance, stamping and welding properties. Its comprehensive performance is better than GH3044 and GH3536. It is suitable for the manufacturing of high-temperature components such as flame cylinders, afterburner chamber shells, and adjustment plates that operate at 950°C for a long time. The main products are cold-rolled plates, which can also be supplied with hot-rolled plates, bars, forgings, wires and pipes.

Gh3128 heat treatment system: The solid solution temperature at the factory is 1140~1180℃, air-cooled. It was supplemented with solid solution treatment at 1200°C and its high temperature performance was tested.
Gh3128 specifications and supply conditions: cold-rolled thin plate δ0.8~4.0mm, hot-rolled thin plate δ4~14mm, cold-drawn steel wire d0.3~10mm. Cold-rolled and hot-rolled plates are supplied after solid solution and pickling; welding wires are supplied under cold-drawn, semi-hard or solid solution and pickling conditions.
Gh3128 smelting and casting process: remelting with electroslag in non-vacuum or vacuum induction furnace.
Application overview and special requirements of Gh3128: This alloy is suitable for the manufacturing of aircraft engine combustion chambers and afterburner combustion chamber parts working below 950℃, and has good application effect.
