inconel600 (n06600) nickel-based alloy overview
Inconel600 is an early developed Ni-Cr-Fe-based solid solution reinforced alloy. It has good resistance to high temperature corrosion and oxidation resistance, and excellent hot and cold processing and welding process performance. It has good thermal strength and high plasticity below 700°C. The alloy can be strengthened by cold processing or connected by resistance welding, solution welding or brazing. It can be used for cold-rolled thin plates, hot-rolled thick plates, strips, wires, rods, round cakes, ring blanks, ring forgings, etc. Suitable for the manufacture of oxidation-resistant parts with low loads below 1100°C.
Material grade: inconel600 (n06600) nickel-based alloy.
Similar brands of inconel600: Inconel, GH600, GH3600 (China).

Variety specifications and availability: Various specifications of plates, bars, forgings, strips, wires, round cakes, ring blanks, ring forgings can be supplied. The bars are forged, surface polished or finished; round cakes and ring blanks are forged; ring parts are solid solution; plates are solid solution; plates are cold rolled, solid solution, and rust removal; conductors are delivered in the form of solution pickling plates or straight plate strips and solid solution straight strips.
Smelting casting process: The alloy is melted using one of the following processes: (1) non-vacuum induction smelting + electroslag remelting; (2) electric arc furnace smelting + electroslag remelting; (3) vacuum smelting.
Application overview and special requirements: This alloy has mature experience abroad and has made aircraft engine parts in my country. Through flight tests, it has also been applied in the aviation field.

① The plates in the supply state should undergo room temperature bending test. The diameter of the mandrel is equal to the product thickness multiplied by the bending coefficient in Table 3-2. The bending shaft should be parallel to the rolling direction. After bending 180°, zoom in 20 times to check the bending axis and no cracks are allowed.
