Introduction and properties of Incoloy825 (n08825, 2.4858) nickel-based alloy

Incoloy825 (n08825, 2.4858) alloy is a fully austenite Ni-Fe-Cr alloy that is stable with Cu and mo with Ti.

 

Incoloy825 has the following features

(1) Good stress corrosion cracking resistance.

(2) Have good pitting and crevice corrosion resistance

(3) Good antioxidant and non-oxidative thermal acid properties

(4) Have good mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature of 550℃

(5) Manufacturing temperature below 450℃ for pressure vessel certification

2. Delivery status: seamless pipe: solid solution + acid white, length can be determined; plate: solid solution, pickling, edge cutting; welded pipe: solid solution acid white + RT% flaw detection, forgings: annealing + car light; rods are in forged, surface polished or car light; strips are delivered by cold rolling, solid solution soft, de-oxidation; silk is delivered in solid solution pickling disk shape or straight strip shape, solid solution straight strip fine polished state.
