Monelke-500 (n05500) Monel Alloy
MonelK-500 (n055000) Monel alloy is a corrosion-resistant alloy with the highest consumption, wide range of uses and excellent comprehensive performance. The alloy has good corrosion resistance in hydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas media, as well as in hot concentrated alkali solution. MonelK-500 (n055000) Monel alloy mainly consists of 30% Cu and 63% Ni, and contains a small amount of Fe (1%-2%). Compared to Monel 400, aluminum and titanium are added.
lk-500 is suitable for high sulfur and high sulfur oil reservoirs. Because the alloy has no plastic brittle transition temperature, it is very suitable for a variety of low-temperature equipment. MonelK-500 alloy not only has excellent mechanical properties such as high strength, corrosion resistance, and non-magnetic properties, but also has the same corrosion resistance as Monel400. Can be used as pump shaft material.

It is mainly used to manufacture turbine blades with a working temperature of less than 750℃, gas turbine blades, ship fasteners and springs, pumps, valve components and papermaking equipment scrapers on chemical equipment.
