Introduction
3J01 precision alloy is a high elastic alloy with fe-Ni-Cr austenite precipitation and strengthening. After solid solution treatment, it has good plasticity, low hardness, and is easy to process and form. After solid solution aging or cold strain aging treatment, high mechanical properties and elastic properties can be obtained.
This type of alloy has the characteristics of high strength, high elastic modulus, small elastic after-effect and hysteresis effect, weak magnetic properties, good corrosion resistance and good thermal stability, and can work in high temperature, high stress or corrosive media. 3J1 alloy can operate at 250℃. The alloy can also be used at low temperatures (eg, close to -200°C).
