Inconel718 alloy is a nickel-based high-temperature alloy that is strengthened by the body-center tetragonal phase γ′ and FCCγ′ phases. It has good comprehensive performance in the range of -253℃~700℃. The yield strength below 650℃ is the highest position in the deformed high-temperature alloy. It has good fatigue resistance, radiation resistance, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, good processability, weldability and long-term structural stability, and can manufacture complex parts of various shapes. It has a wide application prospect in aerospace, nuclear energy, petroleum industry, petroleum industry and other fields. The above temperature range has been widely used.

Inconel718 Material Technical Standard

Inconel718 chemical composition: The chemical composition of alloys can be divided into three categories: standard components, high-quality components and high-purity components, as shown in Table 1-1. High-quality components can reduce carbon and increase niobium based on standard components, thereby reducing the amount of niobium carbide, reducing fatigue sources, increasing the number of strengthened phases, improving fatigue resistance and material strength. At the same time, reduce the content of harmful impurities and gases. High-purity components are based on high-quality standards to reduce the content of sulfur and harmful impurities, and improve the purity and comprehensive performance of the material.

The boron content of Inconel718 alloy for nuclear energy needs to be controlled (other elements remain unchanged), and the specific content is determined by negotiation between the two parties. When ω(b) is ≤0.002%, unlike Inconel718 alloy for aerospace industry, the combined number is inconel718a.

Inconel718 heat treatment system: The alloy adopts different heat treatment systems to control the grain size, shape, distribution and quantity of the delta phase, thereby obtaining different degrees of mechanical properties.

Alloy heat treatment systems can be divided into three types

(1) (1010~1065) ℃ ± 10℃, 1h, oil-cooled, air-cooled or water-cooled +720℃ ± 5℃, 8h, furnace cooling 50℃/h to 620℃ ± 5℃, 8h, air-cooled. The results show that the treated material grains are coarse, there is no delta phase in the grain boundaries and grains, and there is notch sensitivity, but it is conducive to improving the impact performance of the material and resisting low-temperature hydrogen embrittlement.

(2) (950~980) ℃ ± 10℃, 1h, oil-cooled, air-cooled or water-cooled +720℃ ± 5℃, 8h, furnace cooling 50℃/h to 620℃ ± 5℃, 8h, air-cooled. It is the most commonly used heat treatment system, also known as a standard heat treatment system.

(3) Cool to 620℃±5℃8h at a speed of 50℃/h, and air-cooled for 8h.

After treatment, there is less δ in the material, which can improve the strength and impact properties of the material. This system is also known as a direct aging heat treatment system.

Inconel718 specifications and supply status: It can provide die forgings (disk forgings and integral forgings), cakes, rings, rods (forging rods, rolling rods, cold drawn rods), plates, silk, belts, tubes, fasteners of different shapes and sizes, elastic components, etc. The delivery status is determined by both parties. The wires should be delivered in pallets under the agreed delivery conditions.
